Wisconsin Days

My nephew Tim graduated from highschool. To me he is “Timmy”. I spent a lot of time with him between ages of 1 and 6. Then he moved back to Wisconsin. Wisconsin is where I grew up. I visited, but did not see him as often.

I flew back to Wisconsin to attend his highschool graduation at Bradford Highschool.

I was with Tim so much between the ages of 1-6. So I never get used to him being all grown up and graduated. I’m proud of him. Love him lots.

  1. Yay, congratulations to your nephew πŸ™‚ Nice photos! I could never really relate to how it feels to live far away from family (Belgium is a tiny tiny tiiiiiny country, so even when you live all the way in the east and your family lives all the way in the west, you’re still not that far apart). But now that I moved to Switzerland I know what it’s like, and it’s SO weird to only see my family every few months.

    1. That makes me want to visit Belgium. Sadly, my family is scattered all over the US and even Benin (Africa). I feel so sad about how much time I’ve missed of my nieces and nephews lives. This was a bittersweet trip for me as I wish I could go back in time. How far are you from your family when you’re in Switzerland?

  3. Aw must be weird to see him so big :p can’t imagine my nephew being so big. I just sort of dismiss it, but then when they grow a ton you all of a sudden have to admit it don’t you. D:
